Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Brinson Ford Lincoln - Corsicana. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new vehicles to customers, including product presentation, negotiation, and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new vehicle technologies and features.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales management, finance, and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
