Job Summary

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Hotel Jerome. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary dining experiences for our esteemed guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Guest Dining Experiences: Take orders, anticipate needs, and deliver all items efficiently to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining a consistently heartfelt and high-quality service.
  • Upsell Unique Menu Items: Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Operate Point of Sale System: Accurately and quickly take and place orders, input them into the POS system, and handle billing with precision.
  • Maintain Restaurant Standards: Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum of One Year Experience: In the foodservice/hospitality industry, with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of Food and Wine: Good knowledge of food and wine, with experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Age Requirement: Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol, as per local laws and regulations.
  • Professional Appearance: Superior professional appearance and manner, with good character to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
