Qualifications:
- Current State Nurse's Aide registration is required.
- Experience and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Must be in good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
