Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating electrical designs from scratch, utilizing AutoCAD and pole loading software. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of field and office work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with pole loading software, such as Ocalc and Spidacalc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create electrical designs from scratch using AutoCAD and pole loading software
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality designs
* Develop and maintain knowledge of electrical design principles and industry standards
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 1-3 years of experience with pole loading software, such as Ocalc and Spidacalc
* Strong understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
