About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Property Manager at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of one of our nationally-recognized properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the property team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial statements, capital enhancement projects, revenue, expenses, net operating income, and occupancy goals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance curb-side appeal and attract new residents.
  • Employee Management: Hire, terminate, and manage employees, including conducting written evaluations, mentoring, supervising, and developing team members.
  • Emergency Response: Be available on-call 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Qualifications: Proven performance in successfully monitoring financial statements, capital enhancement projects, revenue, expenses, net operating income, and occupancy goals.
  • Certifications: ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP is a plus.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/yr.
