Job Summary:

Key responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, data entry, daily operations for assigned departments, and maintaining files and documents. The position requires excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate paperwork
  • Assist with phone calls, messages, and patient or staff inquiries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain current files
  • Manage database and records inventory for the department
  • Assemble, order, and maintain materials
  • Retrieve mail and packages from the mailroom
  • Make copies, send, and retrieve faxes upon request
  • Contribute to developing department goals, objectives, systems, and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
