Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee (m/f/x) for Incoming and Outgoing Goods.
About the RoleAs a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing all administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods, including truck and container control, recording of trucks, and processing of loading orders in DLSS.
You will also be responsible for controlling time slots and truck delivery documents, processing orders in SAP R/3 and Inconso, and inputting customs information.
Additionally, you will create freight documents, communicate with customers, forwarding companies, and internal departments, and perform daily counting of empty goods inventory and entering inventory into CMS.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with a completed training as a forwarding agent and excellent communication skills.
As a team player, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes and providing excellent customer service.
