About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Enterprises. As a Logistics Coordinator for Incoming and Outgoing Goods, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Process all administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing goods, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Truck and Container Control: Monitor and control truck and container movements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Loading Orders and Inventory Management: Record and process loading orders in DLSS, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Time Slot and Document Control: Verify time slots and truck delivery documents to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Order Processing and Customs Information: Process orders in SAP R/3 and Inconso, and input customs information as required.
  • Freight Document Creation and Communication: Create freight documents and communicate with customers, forwarding companies, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting: Conduct daily inventory counts and enter data into CMS, ensuring accurate inventory levels and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Completed training as a forwarding agent or equivalent experience.
