About the Role

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a virtual capacity. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, children, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
  • Possess basic technology skills and able to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Ability to incorporate complex multiple causation in differential diagnosis and treatment within approved clinical privileges or scope of practice.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances, based upon evidenced-based practice.
  • Skill in a range of specialized interventions and treatment modalities used in specialty treatment programs or with special patient populations.
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Refer patients, clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid and Active license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC issued by the State of California.
  • 3+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to a full range of individuals from youth through adulthood.
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
