Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee video teleconferencing scheduling and deliver real-time event assistance.
  • Manage IT and audiovisual apparatus associated with information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video recording devices, and other relevant end-user equipment.
  • Operate and supervise devices for presentations, sound, lighting, and audio/video conferencing.
  • Establish and manage user accounts effectively.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for the use of conference center equipment.
  • Escalate IT challenges to Tier III support when necessary.
  • Provide support for workstations (both thick and thin clients), VoIP devices, and voice/video conferencing.
  • Handle hardware management through all phases, including unpacking and setting up end-user devices.
  • Resolve IT incidents comprehensively, collaborating closely with engineering teams and other contractor stakeholders for issues requiring Tier III escalation or external dependencies.
  • Install application software on end-user device workstations using scripted installation packages.
  • Manage inventory of Unified Communications deployed software and end-user devices.
  • Deliver user training and education on fundamental hardware and software functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for training new personnel.
  • Utilize a ServiceNow-based ticketing system to track, update, and resolve break/fix incident tickets and fulfill new requests.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that boost operational efficiency.
  • This role is part of a Network Operations Center (NOC) and may involve shift and weekend work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field; an additional four years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of pertinent experience in addition to educational qualifications.
  • Must hold a current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification.
  • Experience in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment is preferred.
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
