Job SummaryAs a Senior Editor for Memos and Briefing Slides, you will be responsible for ensuring clarity and relevance to the audience. You will also serve as the Contracting Officers Representative for contract associated with Division's efforts, projects, and initiatives. Additionally, you will be the office expert on video teleconferencing services and utilize management science tools like optimization to guide decisions.
Responsibilities- Serve as Senior Editor for memos, briefing slides, reports, and graphics developed by the Division ensuring clarity and relevance to the audience.
- Serve as the Contracting Officers Representative for contract associated with Division's efforts, projects, and initiatives.
- Serve as the office expert on video teleconferencing services.
- Utilize management science tools like optimization to guide decisions such as purchases, conference location selection, prediction of ordered quantities, and other related functions.

- This position requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation.

- One year of specialized experience which includes managing key operational functions and events for Pre K-12 school system; developing process and guidelines to support planning and implementation of key initiatives; managing communication structures to create coherence of information across multiple stake holder groups and varying levels of authority; managing accuracy, appropriateness, and timely release of communication; and administering multi-million dollar contracts.

Additional InformationSelection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement.
