Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building and Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at All Open Positions. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds and facility maintenance needs, ensuring the property remains clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and building clean and properly maintained, including removal of trash and debris.
  • Troubleshoot and complete preventive maintenance of applicable equipment and machinery.
  • Remove snow using a snowplow and/or shovel.
  • Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment as needed.
  • Support facility technician repairs as needed, including repairs to roof, faucets, sewer, plumbing, boiler lines, heating and ventilation systems.
  • Deliver superior customer service and display professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
  • CDL Required
  • Ability to efficiently use various power and hand tools.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a general abilities assessment, pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Building and Grounds Maintenance Professional.
