Job SummaryThe Physical Therapy Assistant will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide physical therapy services to patients. This is a travel allied job, and the Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for providing care in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Work closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or a related field.
- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physical therapy role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
