Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team at Fred Meyer. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
