Job Title: Clear Channel Outdoor Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clear Channel Outdoor Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Persuasively communicate strategies for meeting customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Determine project pricing based on guidelines from management and negotiate fees or services with clients
  • Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction
  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients and drive clients around the market to show outdoor media sites
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including Charting and other teams

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of progressive sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience
  • Media sales experience preferred, with residency within the territory preferred
  • Strong organizational/time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Skilled in working closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships
  • Sales achievement with experience in consultative or needs-based selling techniques
  • Collaborative and professional style, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete required math calculations and proficient in Microsoft software applications

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus

Other Requirements:

  • Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
