Hospice Account Executive/Liaison Job Description

Dependable Health Services is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive/Liaison to lead our marketing efforts and develop strong relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and implement daily marketing operations to promote our hospice services.
  • Establish and execute marketing/sales initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide expertise in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and execute community outreach efforts to establish our agency as a high-quality provider of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market conditions and monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but proven success may substitute for education.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health marketing, preferably in the Phoenix area.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity, and flexibility in performing job responsibilities.
