Job Description

Quadel Consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Housing Specialist to perform various program activities, including processing applications for eligibility, verifying participant status, and preparing documents in accordance with HUD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assigned activities and transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete work assignments while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service.
  • Ensure nondiscrimination in all activities and maintain productivity information.
  • Determine eligibility for program participation and review applications, verifications, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain individual applicant/participant files and handle personally identifiable information with strict confidence.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain updated computer files.
  • Coordinate activities with Supervisors, Managers, Inspectors, and other coworkers.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in an environment requiring extensive public contact or customer service, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
