As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 1 year of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 1 year of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (ADN or BSN) degree.
