Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs beautifully, including cleanliness and functionality of the property.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, and performance manage site-level team members, including Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers.
  • Training and Development: Train team members on customer service, sales, and operational procedures, and provide ongoing education and coaching.
  • Scheduling and Performance Management: Create team member schedules, assign responsibilities, and set financial goals and sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Engage customers, sell, and promote our Unlimited Wash Club, ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash experience.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, and consistently uphold and enforce company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a management role, with 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a preferred Associate degree or higher in business or related field.
  • Skills: Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
