Civil Engineer - Design and Project Management

Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Springdale, AR. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing sites associated with new and renovated buildings, including parking, sidewalks, grading, utilities, and erosion control. You will also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal stormwater regulations and meet with clients and government agencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design sites for new and renovated buildings
  • Comply with local, state, and federal stormwater regulations
  • Meet with clients and government agencies
  • Project Management roles based on experience and project types

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineering License
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD
  • Experience in Land development including Drainage, utilities, and commercial site engineering
  • Experience in initial concept through building completion
  • Experience in Infrastructure projects
