Job Summary

Harrison Energy Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of controls fulfillment processes, providing leadership, and ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership that establishes and achieves departmental objectives and goals consistent with overall organizational strategy.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure satisfied customers through regular visits, inspections of job sites, and communication with contract customers.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor processes to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Communication: Communicate frequently with Controls Management, attend operations meetings, and ensure smooth handoffs of projects from the sales process.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support in the field and perform controls work as necessary.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure quality standards are met for assigned controls projects, processes, and functions to provide for the safe execution of work and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Work with Controls Management and Technical Centers of Excellence to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.
  • Business Strategy: Contribute ideas to overall business strategy and plans as a part of the leadership team.
  • Customer Experience: Insure high performance controls customer experience through regular visits, inspections of job sites, and communicating with contract customers.
  • Internal Communications: Responsible for internal communications flow relative to the fulfillment process, including interface with Sales, Parts, Controls, Service, Contracting, and billing for controls related problems and opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep abreast of external market conditions and internal requirements to ensure that we lead through education and innovation in our controls offerings.
  • Project Performance: Review project performance measurements and monitor projects through warranty periods.
  • Capital Requirements: Make recommendations of tools and capital requirements for controls team.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Trade School graduate required with 10 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Certifications and Licenses: State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, and acceptable driving record.
  • Software Skills: Basic to intermediate level of proficiency in specific software programs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
