Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, and other special needs.
- Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education and to enhance instructional skills.
Requirements:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an elementary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a focus on student learning and well-being.
