About the Position

School District 49 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Leader to join our team. As a Site Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and social development of students aged 5-10, providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Provide administrative support to the BASE49 Manager and other district staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of pay, ranging from $19.68 to $25.03 per hour, depending on experience.
