Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Licensing Coordinator to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our Contact Center and New Business Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with life insurance licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Verification: Review contracts and verify licenses for each state to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Department Oversight: Oversee day-to-day and month-to-month operations of the Licensing and Compliance Department and staff.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Report to leadership on numbers and close-out status, and maintain accountability of team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Workload Management: Monitor work volumes and various systems to ensure optimal workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with peers and team members to eliminate inefficiencies and backlogs, and recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with NIPR and State Department of Insurance Websites is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to trouble-shoot, problem-solve, and follow-up effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical skills, and proficiency with math.
  • Attention to Detail: Strick attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
