Core Responsibilities:
Delivers consistent, high-quality healthcare in alignment with established national and community standards.

Acts as a liaison between practice management and hospital administration, advocating for the practice's interests.

Ensures adherence to regulatory standards.
Facilitates patient management while aligning practice objectives with health system goals.
Prioritizes the best interests of patients at all times.
Contributes to the health system's strategic objectives.
Essential Competencies:
Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient clinical practice.
Must possess the capability to evaluate data reflecting patient status, interpret necessary information to identify individual patient needs, and deliver appropriate care.
Exhibits knowledge essential for providing age-appropriate care, including understanding growth and development principles across the lifespan.Ability to cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with all office staff and healthcare providers.
Ability to foster and maintain partnerships with hospital leadership.
Lead a patient-centered care approach.
Familiarity with recognized best practices in patient care relevant to the department.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge and ability to implement programs that comply with evolving regulatory requirements.
Consistent excellence in communication with patients and staff.
Demonstrates leadership qualities and professional conduct consistently.
Safeguards confidential and protected information diligently.
Open to receiving constructive feedback from colleagues and patients/families.
Produces clear, meaningful, comprehensive, and timely patient care documentation (within 2 business days of service) sufficient for all regulatory, billing, and medical record purposes.
Responsible for ensuring that all professional licenses, registrations, liability insurance, and relevant certifications are current and compliant with employment requirements.
Qualifications:
New York State certification/registration as a Family, Adult, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
AANP Board Certification required.
DEA license is mandatory.
Eligibility for appropriate FFTH privileges.
Familiarity with ICD10 coding is preferred.
Education:
Graduation from an AMA accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Meets ongoing education requirements as mandated by the relevant discipline board.
Experience:
Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
Experience in primary care medicine is advantageous.
Salary Range:
$114,000-$134,000 based on experience
