The Night Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office during overnight hours, providing exceptional service to guests, and maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to oversee Front Office functions, manage staff, and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate Front Office staff to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze Front Office operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy, including rate management and yield optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
- Valid driver's license from the applicable state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
