At AnthroMed Education, we are expanding our team of professionals to support students across Massachusetts. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team in Revere, MA.

About the Role

This full-time position is based in an elementary school from August to June. You will play a crucial role in supporting students across general and special education settings, addressing various speech and language disorders.

About Our Support
  • We have a wonderful SLP Director of Clinical Support who offers our clinicians guidance throughout the year.
  • We provide bi-weekly team meetings where all AnthroMed professionals get together to collaborate.
  • Our clinicians receive dedicated 1:1 caseload support.

  • Materials stipend for supplies is provided.
  • Yearly licensure reimbursement for DESE and ASHA is offered.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, paid weekly. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a United Healthcare health insurance plan with 100% premium paid for.

About the Position
  • You will complete evaluations to assess communication needs and areas of growth.
  • You will provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students.
  • You will assist case managers with developing student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students' communication needs.
  • You will observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • You will facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Communication Disorders is required.
  • DESE license eligibility in the state of Massachusetts is necessary.
  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting is desired.
