Job Summary

MNP is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all equipment is functioning safely and effectively, adhering to local, state, and national electrical-code regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems and motor control centers
  • Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical parts of equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot equipment and conduct inspections to ensure adherence to electrical codes
  • Assist maintenance personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Master Electrician license for the state of Michigan
  • Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, and various automated machinery
  • Able to understand schematics and other technical documents
  • Experience installing control centers, switch gears, breaker panels, and lighting systems
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and lift a maximum of 50 pounds
