Lead Rural Healthcare Provider

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality patient care in rural communities. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with a strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and quality care.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will be responsible for leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, and engaging in community outreach while providing comprehensive healthcare services. You will work closely with our team to deliver excellent patient care and promote health education in rural areas. Your expertise in telehealth and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in achieving our mission of providing top-notch healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Engage in community outreach and promote health education in rural areas.
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services through telehealth and in-person visits.
- Work closely with our team to achieve our mission of providing top-notch healthcare services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License. At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice is strongly preferred. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of working as a Telehealth Clinician is also essential.
