Rural Healthcare Specialist

About the Role: As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will lead clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide various clinical procedures, including telehealth consultations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering comprehensive patient care in a team-oriented environment, focusing on quality service and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, delivering excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License are required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment is essential.
