The Service Technician also assists customers with additional service options and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled appointments with clients
  • Travel to client locations based on assigned appointments
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients while professionally representing the company
  • Suggest additional products and services to enhance or rectify original installations through established processes
  • Perform annual maintenance visits, reviewing previously completed work
  • Handle reactive service calls, diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Install additional products purchased by clients as needed
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures in all responsibilities
  • Assess solutions installed by the company to determine warranty or non-warranty work
  • Communicate job status (completions and complications) and submit necessary documentation to the Service Manager and clients as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Construction/Home Improvement preferred
  • Proven customer relations experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required

Job Requirements

  • Full-time commitment
  • Remote & Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely from a Branch location
  • Servicing area within designated territory
