Cardiac Care Nurse Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge RN Cardiac Care to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiac care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating unit operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among team members.
- Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal unit operations.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Registered Nurse Diploma are required.
