Job SummaryThe Charge RN Cardiac Care will be responsible for:
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes.
- Partnering with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assisting with staff scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Registered Nurse Diploma.
