About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Tufts Medical Center. As a member of our outpatient clinic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary system disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
  • Set realistic short- and long-term goals and plan of care related to patient's physical therapy needs.
  • Document and bill accurately and reflect services provided in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor students, PTAs, and support staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License required.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of patients with acute and long-term disability.
