As a Family Medicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop longitudinal relationships with patients, work collaboratively with a gifted team of physician and nurse practitioner colleagues, and minimize administrative burden through the use of RNs and LPNs, fully trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and dedicated billing specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care plans that focus on quality and coordination of care, not just productivity
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class patient satisfaction and support
- Work cross-functionally with various members of our community and stakeholders to deliver robust support for our physicians and advanced practitioners
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved nurse practitioner program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current certification in CPR required
- Prior experience in primary care preferred
