About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Fitness Formula Clubs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests, and supporting the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Check-in members and guests, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Act as a liaison between members, guests, and the Membership Department
  • Field member questions, concerns, and complaints, and provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
  • Perform opening and closing functions, including balancing the cash drawer
  • Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and staff
