As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care, monitoring patient vital signs, and administering medications. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Qualifications and Skills- Current Connecticut State License: Must be licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
- Education: Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
