Job Title: Compensation Analytics Director

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analytics Director to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related data insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data visualizations, financial models, and analyses to inform compensation strategies
  • Manage and maintain technology platforms for data management, data source integration, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Collaborate with compensation team leadership to drive high-impact projects and initiatives
  • Forge and maintain relationships with compensation managers, subject matter professionals, and vendor representatives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required
  • Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS
  • Strong quantitative and advanced analytic skills with an ability to explain complex results understandably using visual and relationship-building skills
