Job Summary

This role is responsible for achieving online financial metrics for designated categories by suggesting online assortment, presentation, and fulfillment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and be able to work collaboratively within team environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online promotional and clearance pricing strategies to drive online sales and profitability.
  • Partner with the ecommerce category merchant to translate in-store merchandising strategies into optimal website experiences.
  • Influence featured products, promotions, and page sortation to increase product conversion.
  • Monitor key item inventory and partner with the inventory team to ensure optimal web fulfillment.
  • Stay current on trends among direct competitors and best-in-class ecommerce sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, merchandising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of retail experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or marketing with 1+ years in ecommerce, digital, or omni-channel.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce software applications, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and work as a cross-functional partner.
