We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care, collecting vital signs, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility, with a strong preference for those with experience in rehabilitation settings.
- Ability to work under direct supervision, using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment to inform care decisions.
