Nurse Practitioner

Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation, a state-of-the-art facility, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working in harmony with the entire nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to ensure the best possible care.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed, utilizing the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in this setting.
