Job Summary:The Registered Nurse RN will work under the direct supervision of our nursing staff, utilizing the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment to deliver exceptional care to our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
- Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
