We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team at Chartwells Higher Ed. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field accounting, operations, budget management, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with field accounting tasks, including reviewing contracts and charitable contributions
- Conduct payroll accrual validations and maintain maintenance requests from field operations
- Support budget review and analysis, and assist with flash review and analysis
- Gain knowledge of payroll and document retention through filing and scanning
- Pursuing a degree in accounting or finance
- Undergraduate student
- General interest and knowledge in finance and accounting
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word and Excel
