KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and enhance the technical vision of the organization while leading all facets of strategic technological growth.
  • Supervise teams responsible for software development, quality assurance, AWS cloud management, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics platforms, data security, and user support.
  • Direct teams handling extensive data and image collections along with significant storage and processing capabilities.
  • Implement IT best practices, including security and compliance measures, SOC2/SIG, SDLC/Agile methodologies, IT service management, change management, disaster recovery, enterprise risk management, vendor oversight, and asset control.
  • Establish policies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, minimizing errors, controlling expenses, and ensuring the continuous availability of IT systems and services.
  • Manage the IT budget to ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • At least 10 years of management and strategic experience in technology.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including coding, service-oriented architecture, serverless computing, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud computing, data structures, JSON/XML, and image formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications for data analysis and research.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to apply statistical functions and analyses.
  • Experience in security and personally identifiable information (PII) data management; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in risk management, compliance, UCC, public records, finance, or the legal industry is preferred.
