Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Life Care Center of Kennewick. As an important member of our healthcare team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $95,000 depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, car insurance, pet insurance, 401(k), cell phone discounts, HSA, FSA, paid sick time, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. You must be able to provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
  • Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) and be currently licensed/registered in your applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment. One year skilled nursing experience is preferred and CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation is required.
