Position Overview: The individual in this role will manage the administrative functions of both the warehouse and bakery operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing orders through the Shopify platform, including label generation.
  • Oversee the creation and receipt of all orders within the Accubar inventory management system.
  • Support the warehouse manager in conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Communicate any issues or inconsistencies to the warehouse manager promptly.
  • Generate invoices for all warehouse deliveries utilizing the Accubar system.
  • Prepare invoices for bakery orders received from restaurants using the DineMarket application.
  • Create sales invoices for hotel orders based on the hotel's purchase orders for accounting purposes.
  • Review and adjust standing orders for bread and other bakery items, updating counts in the DineMarket application as necessary.
  • Handle the sending and receiving of packages via FedEx or UPS.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain personal hygiene standards.
  • Basic skills in food handling, preparation, and sanitation are advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Active listening and learning capabilities.
  • Proficient reading and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to adhering to established standards.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
