About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing all customer warranty claims, providing daily performance reports, managing warranty claims including inspection, analysis, collections, and quality reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customers follow company warranty policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Process all customer warranty claims
  • Provide daily performance reports
  • Manage warranty claims including inspection, analysis, collections, and quality reporting
  • Ensure customers follow company warranty policy and procedures

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of warranty / quality & Compliance experience in the tire / automotive industry
  • Ability to interpret technical aspects of the product manuals
  • Possess strong troubleshooting abilities in claims processing
