We are seeking enthusiastic Overnight Valet professionals who possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy engaging with customers. Collaborate with our supportive team members who are eager to help you thrive in your role, many of whom began their careers as valets.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour + tips (included in rate*)

(The salary range mentioned is inclusive of both the hourly wage and estimated tips earned per hour).

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Includes

  • Conducting thorough inspections of each vehicle prior to parking, documenting any findings.
  • Communicating valet pricing to customers effectively.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Adhering to traffic regulations and practicing safe driving techniques.
  • Reporting any accidents, safety concerns, unusual incidents, and policy breaches to management.
  • Familiarizing yourself with major streets, landmarks, and highways in the vicinity to assist customers with directions.
  • Arriving at work in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, punctual and prepared.
  • Maintaining a complete uniform throughout your shift.
  • Assisting management with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A valid state driver's license, current residence, and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work special shifts as needed (2nd, 3rd shifts, and/or weekends).
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation upon hiring).
  • Capability to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues and respond professionally to customer issues or complaints.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, and understand instructions, brief emails, and memos.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected situations while on duty.
