Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Parking: Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting any findings and ensuring the vehicle is secure.
  • Customer Interaction: Explain valet rates to customers, respond quickly and kindly to customer questions, and provide directions as needed.
  • Safe Driving Practices: Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a clean uniform and arrive on time, ready to work, with a professional appearance.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Manual Transmission: Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability: Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends, as needed.
  • Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency, and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
