About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Nurse Supervisor to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a leader in patient-centered care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident care and non-resident care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments for each unit employee.
  • Supervise evening shift staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with healthcare teams, families, and residents to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with two years of experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing settings.
  • One year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Current active Indiana state license as RN and/or LPN, along with current CPR Certification.
